Place an order
Ordering at grandio.com is fast and secure.
- To add a item to your shopping cart, click the Add Item .
- When you're finished shopping, click the view shopping cart icon at the top of your screen, then click on Checkout.
- Returning customers enter your log in information, New customers click on Proceed to create a new account.
- Fill out the on-line order form completely with your shipping information first, then the billing information, or click the box in the middle if they are the same. Please note that it will only recognize the abbreviated state for US orders
- If you do not have an email address please fill the space in with the word NONE.
- Next, click the SHIPPING OPTIONS at the bottom of the screen and choose which option best suits your needs. (PO Boxes can only ship USPS.)
- Click the Continue at the bottom of the screen once you have selected your shipping option.
- Enter coupon code if it applies, then click on Pay Now at the bottom of the screen.
- Please be sure you have all correct information before clicking on submit, if you need to make a change please use the appropriate choices at the bottom of the screen to make changes instead of clicking on the backspace or back arrow.
- When you are ready to pay, enter all credit card information including the person’s name that is the card holder, and click on submit order.
- You should receive a confirmation screen and a confirmation email to all email addresses given.

Change order Quantity
- Click on View Shopping Cart at the top of your screen
- Change the quanity of the item, click on Update Cart.
- If changes are made you will need to go through the checkout process once again as all information will be voided due to changes being made.
