Inspired everyday by his surroundings, James discovered the Household Faires in his studio; cleaning paint brushes and leaving fairy footprints all over his colorful palette.

James Browne born in Upper Bucks County, PA, James, along with his parents and two siblings, lived on top of a mountain that look counted across the Delaware River. He grew up in the country, a magical place where his imagination was boundless; making friends with fairies, leprechauns, dragons and forest animals that scurried about in the fields. The countryside was filled with streams & brooks, covered bridges (yes, he even had a troll living near-by) and hundreds of gnarly trees. In the evening when the woods became dark, James sat and listened to his mother, bringing to life the wonderful nursery rhymes we all know, giving his creativity even more to discover. James Browne's artwork continues to be displayed and sold throughout the world. James has illustrated several children's books, as well as a number of varied commissions. He has numerous works within his specialty of children's illustration and many fantasy illustration projects. He maintains his studio and residence, with his inspirational wife, Nadine, in Pennsylvania.
